Don’t travel to escape reality. Travel to immerse yourself in it.

  1. Thank you so much for commenting on and subscribing to my blog. So in traditional fashion, I wanted to visit your blog and Ka-ping! This photo plus it’s simple yet influential message really spoke to me so I had to stop and say so.

This statement is so true. Running away from any problem is unhealthy and will keep you from growing. Traveling is so wonderful and fulfilling so it would be ashame to distract yourself by taking problems along with you. I did once and lost a friend because of it. And I almost did it again by moving out of country to teach, but I realize this is not smart and made a haven for myself where I am.

This is wonderful blog with fun words of wisdom. I am glad I came here!

    • Hi and welcome to our blog!

I’m sad to hear about your lost friendship, but at the same time, I’m glad to know that you learned from the experience. Life is just one lesson after the other, it seems. 🙂

Feel free to drop by again!
